With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
We are committed to your satisfaction and we want to earn your business. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store. We do accept returns with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Returned merchandise that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the service we performed for you, we welcome the opportunity to make it right for you, so please let us know if you're having a problem!

This saddle is designed for mountain bikers who prioritize comfort and support on long rides. Its thick padding and contoured shape make it an excellent saddle for riders who prefer one specific sitting position that allows them to lock in and pedal for extended periods. The contoured shape cradles the pelvis to provide optimal support in one sitting position, best for riders who prefer to lock into a specific sitting position while pedaling. An upward slope towards the back of the saddle allows riders to push back under hard efforts, a favorite feature among e-bikers and other riders who pedal seated on even the steepest climbs.
The Fusion Form base allows model-specific amounts of fiber to be infused into the nylon to create a flex profile that balances comfort and support. The Flex-Tuned base provides an exceptional mix of comfortable flex and firm efficiency, offering mid-level flex for optimal support and comfort for the majority of riders. A Microfiber Cover, found on all WTB saddles, closely replicates the look and feel of a leather cover, but with the anti-microbial and cruelty-free benefits of a synthetic material.
